ACCESS staff will provide education and information about ACCESS’ programs and services, including primary and preventive care, information about linking clients to ACCESS for their medical home, Affordable Care Act Enrollment and information on breast and cervical cancer and referrals for pap smears and/or mammograms for un-insured or undersinsured women.
