ACCESS staff will educate and provide information about ACCESS' services and programs including primary and preventative health care, making ACCESS a medical home, and answer questions and help participants apply for health insurance enrollment through the Affordable Care Act both Medicaid and Marketplace. They will also issue referrals for primary care at ACCESS.
