ACCESS Announces FREE Summer Community Health Fairs

May 14, 2019

2019 health fairs

Join us! Every Saturday in June, Access Community Health Network (ACCESS) will host Summer Community Health Fairs throughout the Chicago area at various ACCESS health center sites.

Get a head start on the upcoming school year and get your child’s back-to-school physical completed! We invite community members to join us for some fun, free food and entertainment, while learning more about community resources.

Adults can also receive health screenings, referrals to ACCESS providers, and learn about the many treatment and support services ACCESS providers. ACCESS benefit specialists will also be on hand to assist with any Medicaid or SNAP enrollment requests.
