Access Community Health Network is Accredited by The Joint Commission
Access Community Health Network has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for accreditation by demonstrating compliance with The Joint Commission’s national standards for health care quality and safety in ambulatory care organizations. The accreditation award recognizes Access Community Health Network’s dedication to continuous compliance with The Joint Commission’s state-of-the-art standards.
ACCESS has been accredited since 2007. ACCESS participates in a rigorous unannounced on-site survey every three years to maintain Joint Commission accreditation. A team of Joint Commission expert surveyors evaluated ACCESS for compliance with standards of care specific to the needs of patients, including infection prevention and control, leadership and medication management.
