Crystal Epps, L.C.S.W.

Crystal Epps received her degree in social work from the Chicago State University and is licensed by the state of Illinois. Crystal is drawn to community health because she is rewarded by serving the underserved and appreciates the integrated approach to care – both physical health and behavioral health.​ Outside of work, she enjoys sightseeing, spending time with family and friends, learning historical facts, listening to music, and healthy habits such as nutrition and physical fitness.
