Erin Craft-Otterbacher, D.N.P., received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Arizona State University. She completed her doctoral project in Muskegon, Michigan at LifeCircles: A Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. She is accredited by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and a member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Erin is passionate about community health and preventive medicine. Her philosophy of care is rooted in partnership and working alongside patients to create and achieve personal health and wellness goals. Her doctoral work pertained to the burdens informal caregivers face when caring for a loved one. She brings a unique perspective to patient and family education and support throughout disease management. Outside of work, Erin enjoys reading, running, biking, backpacking and spending time with friends and family.
