Jorge Luis Castillo-Gonzalez, M.D.

Background

Dr. Jorge Castillo-Gonzalez received his medical degree at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and specialized in General Psychiatry at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Mexico. He then completed his residency at University of Illinois Chicago, where he specialized in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Castillo-Gonzalez is Board-certified by the State of Illinois and a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Castillo-Gonzalez believes the best psychiatric care involves collaboration between himself and his patients. As a Hispanic physician, his personal experience guides his practice to providing culturally competent care to all his patients. Outside of work, Dr. Castillo-Gonzalez enjoys cycling, art and movies. He is fluent in Spanish.
