Background

Miteshkumar Modi received his Associate Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Associate Degree in Medical Lab Technology from Malcolm X College in Chicago, IL and completed his practicum at Cook County Hospital. Miteshkumar also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology from India. He is credentialed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Miteshkumar is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health by promoting healthy lifestyle and disease prevention through high quality, compassionate care and open communication. With his experience in a variety of health care settings, Miteshkumar chooses to practice in community health care because it allows him to get to know the community and use that knowledge to deliver the best care. Outside of work, Miteshkumar enjoys spending time with friends and family, and volunteering in Chicago’s Indian community. He is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and Urdu.
