Neil H. Patel, M.D.

Background

Dr. Neil Patel received his medical degree from the St Matthew’s University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago, IL where he specialized in Family Medicine. Dr. Patel is Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. During, his residency, Dr. Patel had the opportunity to treat entire families, spanning across generations, and learned first-hand the importance of family medicine and community health care, especially within the communities of Chicago. Dr. Patel believes the accessibility of preventive, primary health care health care is essential to building healthy communities. Born in London, England but a Florida native, Dr. Patel fell in love with the city of Chicago during his residency and looks forward to serving its communities. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, boxing and playing with his dogs Stella and Maximus.
