Daniel Perez completed his medical degree at Cayetano Heredia University in Lima, Peru and completed his residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, followed by a neonatal fellowship at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. He is Board certified through the American Board of Pediatrics Certification and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. His goal as a doctor is to provide comprehensive, holistic care in a way that respects cultural differences and creates strong relationships with his patients.
