As a health care provider, we are committed to protecting your health information, and we are  bound by federal and state law to do so. Any information we collect from you using text messaging will be used solely for health care-related services and other lawful purposes (including your treatment, payment, and our health care operations). We will never share or disclose any of your data for marketing purposes or with third parties or affiliates except in accordance with state and federal laws including but not limited to the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”).
