Henry Innocente received his Master’s in Social Work at the Dominican University and completed his internship at Heartland Alliance. He is licensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Throughout his career, Henry has dedicated himself to working at the community level to help people struggling with addiction and other mental illnesses. He believes in empowering his clients to develop healthy lifestyles that include highlighting their unique interests that positively impact their overall health. Henry enjoys reading, working out, and planning his next road trips.

ACCESS staff will educate and provide information about ACCESS' services and programs including primary and preventative health care, making ACCESS a medical home, health insurance enrollment both Medicaid and Marketplace through the Affordable Care Act, and breast and cervical cancer. Referrals will be issued for primary care and for free or low-cost mammograms and/or pap smears.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awarneness Month, ACCESS Women's Health Outreach Coordinator will be onsite to educate and provide information on breast cancer awareness, services available at ACCESS including primary and preventative care, and ACCESS as a medical home. Referrals for free or low cost mammogram and/or pap smear screenings will be issued.
