David Richards, M.D.
Dr. David Richards received his medical degree at Ohio State University and completed his residency at Rutgers University-Newark in New Jersey. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a member of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Richards has experience working in FQHCs and believes it to be the most rewarding work a physician can do. His philosophy of care is to use evidence-based medicine to help patients achieve the highest level of health possible. Dr. Richards has a special interest in treating opioid and alcohol use disorder. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending time with his family.
Kristin Bean, P.A.-C.
Kristin Bean received her master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Rush University in Chicago, where she also completed a specialty year in Emergency Medicine. She is licensed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Kristin believes that everyone deserves the same respect and quality of care regardless of the communities in which they live or their financial situations. She believes in shared decision making when it comes to developing individual health plans and encourages patients to take an active role in their own health. Kristin speaks Spanish. In her free time, Kristin enjoys singing, playing piano, traveling (especially to Latin America), and hiking.
Audrey Richardson, M.D.
Dr. Audrey Richardson received her medical degree from Fatima College of Medicine in the Philippines and completed her residency at St. Elizabeth’s Family Practice in Chicago. She is licensed by the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Richardson is dedicated to serving the needs of underserved families and individuals from newborn, pediatrics, adolescents and geriatrics. She is fluent in Spanish and Tagalog. In her free time, Dr. Richardson enjoys music, movies and reading.
Laura A. Lopez, P.A.-C.
Laura Lopez received her certification in Physician Assistant Studies from City Colleges of Chicago Malcolm X College. She is licensed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Laura is looking forward to working in community health care and with a diverse population. She is committed to teaching her patients to make healthier life choices, while empowering themselves. In her spare time, Laura enjoys travelling with her children, exploring national parks and exploring the great restaurants of Chicago. Laura is fluent in Spanish.
Amanda Stone Troyner, M.D.
Amanda Stone-Troyner graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a Board-certified physician through the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. While working at ACCESS as a resident physician, Dr. Stone-Troyner became passionate about the patient community and knew she wanted to stay at ACCESS. She is motivated to provide a full spectrum of women’s health care for all ages, backgrounds, and conditions. Outside of work, Dr. Stone-Troyner enjoys exploring Chicago, spending time outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
Liseth Manjarrez, M.D.
Dr. Manjarrez received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Grand Rapids Medical Education Partners/Michigan State University. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and speaks fluent Spanish. In her spare time, Dr. Manjarrez enjoys playing volleyball being outdoors and going on road trips with her family. Dr. Manjarrez believes that quality health care should be available to all children as well as a medical home where all their needs are met with joy and compassion.
Mireya Ledesma, P.A.-C.
Mireya Ledesma completed the Physician Assistant program at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County/City Colleges of Chicago. She completed a practicum at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital. She is licensed as a Physician Assistant and Registered Nurse and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Mireya enjoys traveling and outdoors activities and has previously participated in a medical mission to the Dominican Republic. She is also fluent in Spanish.She is excited about working in medically underserved communities and using her language skills in order to educate and teach patients.
Charity Alikpala, D.O.
Dr. Alikpala received her medical degree from Midwestern University and completed her residency at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. Dr. Alikpala is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Her philosophy of providing services to all patients regardless of economic status is consistent with ACCESS’ mission. Dr. Alikpala works to create a culture of healthy living for her patients. Madelyn Winkelmann, P.A.
Madelyn Winkelmann earned her Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is licensed through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Prior to coming to ACCESS, Madelyn worked in a community health center and saw firsthand the critical need for accessible primary care. Madelyn appreciates being a part of a mission-driven team dedicated to providing quality and compassionate care. Her goal in her practice is to empower her patients with the knowledge and tools to take charge of their health and contribute to shared -decision making in their health journey. Outside of work, Madelyn enjoys traveling to new places, exercising, and spending time with friends and family.
Madeline Reavy, P.A.
Madeline Reavy earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from St. Ambrose University and received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is credentialed through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. During her studies, she gained experience working at a community health center in rural Iowa and came to ACCESS wishing to provide the same level of accessible and quality care to the communities ACCESS serves. As a Physician Assistant, Madeline builds strong relationships with her patients to help them prioritize their specific needs and health goals. Outside of work, Madeline enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and cooking.
Genesis M. Arriola, F.N.P.
Genesis Arriola received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami and is credentialed by the American Nurse Credentialing Center. Genesis loves working in community health care because it allows her to be a part of the everyday lives of her patients, build strong connections, and find solutions that make a lasting impact on their health and wellness. Her health care philosophy emphasizes education and prevention to empower patients to make informed decisions that address their long-term health goals. Genesis was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up in Florida before moving to Chicago to pursue her career in medicine. She enjoys spending time outdoors, playing tennis, and trying out new restaurants with her family. She is fluent in Spanish.
Kaysha Ribao, M.D.
Kaysha Ribao earned her medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and completed her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago. She is Board-certified through the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine. Dr. Ribao was born and raised in Hawaii by Filipino immigrants and was drawn to ACCESS because many of the patients remind her of her own family - hard workers who are doing their best to provide for their families and improve their lives. She aims to provide exceptional care to all her patients and help them reach their health goals. Dr. Ribao practices patient-centered care and believes that every patient is a human being with their own unique story that needs to be respected and considered when providing care. Outside of work, Dr. Ribao enjoys traveling, trying new foods, watching Broadway shows, and spending time with her cats.
Munawar Sultana, M.D., M.B.B.S., F.A.A.F.P., A.R.D.M.S., R.V.T.
Munawar Sultana, M.D. received her medical degree in Pakistan and completed her residency at AMITA Health Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine and is an AAFP Fellow. Dr. Sultana believes each and every patient deserves individualized attention that includes listening, treating patients with dignity and involving them in decision making. Outside of work, Dr. Sultana enjoys taking long drives, listening to music and spending time with family. She is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Sindhi.
Muyiwa Babarinde, F.N.P.
Muyiwa completed his Family Nurse Practioner degree at Presence St. Mary’s Medical Center in Chicago, IL. He is credentialed by the American Nurse Credentialing Center and is a member of the American Nurses Association and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Muyiwa is also a honorary member of Phi Beta Kappa. Helping people in his community is a passion of Muyiwa’s and he is focused on a framework of care goals and values that will enable him to offer the best support he can to patients. In his spare time he likes to go on vacation, spend time with family and play board games like chess and Scrabble. In addition to English, Muyiwa is fluent in Yoruba and Igbo.
Meredith Magulak, N.P.
Meredith Magulak received her Master of Science in Nursing from Yale School of Nursing. She is credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Meredith believes that all families deserve access to quality health care. Her approach to care involves working with families and children to help make the medical decisions that lead to healthy lifestyles. In her free time, Meredith enjoys traveling, reading, and cooking with family and friends. She speaks French and served as a Peace Corps health volunteer in Togo, West Africa.
