Viviana Rivera, F.N.P.-C.

She believes her background has allowed her to help people overcome language and educational barriers. Her interests outside of work include spending time with her family, watching movies and playing soccer. Jacqueline Greene-Roper, M.D.

Jacqueline Greene-Roper earned her medical degree at the Loyola Stritch School of Medicine and completed her residency at the West Suburban Medical Center. Dr. Greene-Roper is licensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians as well as the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Greene-Roper's approach to care is guided by the belief that every person deserves quality, comprehensive, and efficient health care that is built on a positive patient-physician relationship. Dr. Greene-Roper understands the difficulties many people in Chicago face in accessing care and assists her patients in providing linkages to health care and other services. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and being in nature.

Amela Dedic, P.A.

Amela Dedic earned her Master in Physician Assistant Studies at Northern Arizona University and is credentialed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Amela is passionate about working with patients and their families to address health concerns and prevent disease. She believes that all patients should have access to high quality health care and a have a team of health care professionals behind them to work together in their best interests. She looks forward to working with patients and their families to create individualized health plans and build meaningful relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, reading, and cooking. She is fluent in Bosnian.   

Neha Dalal, P.A.

Neha Dalal received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from AT Still University in Mesa, Arizona and is a licensed Physician Assistant through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Neha is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants. Neha is committed to providing health care to women at all stages of their lives, from pregnancy to annual wellness visits. She has participated in overseas mission work in Panama and looks forward to providing quality health care to the Arlington Heights community. Outside of work, Neha enjoys reading, cooking and traveling. She is fluent in Spanish, Hindi and Gujarati.

Nicole Locascio, P.A.-C.

Nicole Locascio received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University and is a certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a member of Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. In her practice, Nicole seeks to create meaningful relationships with her patients by compassionately listening to them and delivering patient-centered care. She wants to provide care to her patients the way she would want her own family treated. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and watching movies.

Munawar Sultana, M.D., M.B.B.S., F.A.A.F.P., A.R.D.M.S., R.V.T.

Munawar Sultana, M.D. received her medical degree in Pakistan and completed her residency at AMITA Health Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine and is an AAFP Fellow. Dr. Sultana believes each and every patient deserves individualized attention that includes listening, treating patients with dignity and involving them in decision making. Outside of work, Dr. Sultana enjoys taking long drives, listening to music and spending time with family. She is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Sindhi.

Muyiwa Babarinde, F.N.P.

Muyiwa completed his Family Nurse Practioner degree at Presence St. Mary’s Medical Center in Chicago, IL. He is credentialed by the American Nurse Credentialing Center and is a member of the American Nurses Association and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Muyiwa is also a honorary member of Phi Beta Kappa. Helping people in his community is a passion of Muyiwa’s and he is focused on a framework of care goals and values that will enable him to offer the best support he can to patients. In his spare time he likes to go on vacation, spend time with family and play board games like chess and Scrabble. In addition to English, Muyiwa is fluent in Yoruba and Igbo.

Meredith Magulak, N.P.

Meredith Magulak received her Master of Science in Nursing from Yale School of Nursing. She is credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Meredith believes that all families deserve access to quality health care. Her approach to care involves working with families and children to help make the medical decisions that lead to healthy lifestyles. In her free time, Meredith enjoys traveling, reading, and cooking with family and friends. She speaks French and served as a Peace Corps health volunteer in Togo, West Africa.

Kaysha Ribao, M.D.

Kaysha Ribao earned her medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and completed her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago. She is Board-certified through the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine. Dr. Ribao was born and raised in Hawaii by Filipino immigrants and was drawn to ACCESS because many of the patients remind her of her own family - hard workers who are doing their best to provide for their families and improve their lives. She aims to provide exceptional care to all her patients and help them reach their health goals. Dr. Ribao practices patient-centered care and believes that every patient is a human being with their own unique story that needs to be respected and considered when providing care. Outside of work, Dr. Ribao enjoys traveling, trying new foods, watching Broadway shows, and spending time with her cats.

Genesis M. Arriola, F.N.P.

Genesis Arriola received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami and is credentialed by the American Nurse Credentialing Center. Genesis loves working in community health care because it allows her to be a part of the everyday lives of her patients, build strong connections, and find solutions that make a lasting impact on their health and wellness. Her health care philosophy emphasizes education and prevention to empower patients to make informed decisions that address their long-term health goals. Genesis was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up in Florida before moving to Chicago to pursue her career in medicine. She enjoys spending time outdoors, playing tennis, and trying out new restaurants with her family. She is fluent in Spanish. 

Madelyn Winkelmann, P.A.

Madelyn Winkelmann earned her Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is licensed through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Prior to coming to ACCESS, Madelyn worked in a community health center and saw firsthand the critical need for accessible primary care. Madelyn appreciates being a part of a mission-driven team dedicated to providing quality and compassionate care. Her goal in her practice is to empower her patients with the knowledge and tools to take charge of their health and contribute to shared -decision making in their health journey. Outside of work, Madelyn enjoys traveling to new places, exercising, and spending time with friends and family.  

Amanda Stone Troyner, M.D.

Amanda Stone-Troyner graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a Board-certified physician through the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. While working at ACCESS as a resident physician, Dr. Stone-Troyner became passionate about the patient community and knew she wanted to stay at ACCESS. She is motivated to provide a full spectrum of women’s health care for all ages, backgrounds, and conditions. Outside of work, Dr. Stone-Troyner enjoys exploring Chicago, spending time outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

David Richards, M.D.

Dr. David Richards received his medical degree at Ohio State University and completed his residency at Rutgers University-Newark in New Jersey. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a member of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Richards has experience working in FQHCs and believes it to be the most rewarding work a physician can do. His philosophy of care is to use evidence-based medicine to help patients achieve the highest level of health possible. Dr. Richards has a special interest in treating opioid and alcohol use disorder. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending time with his family.

Reema Shah, M.D.

Reema Shah earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She is a Board-certified physician through the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Shah was drawn to work at a community health center because she believes that everyone deserves access to quality, patient-centered care. As a pediatrician, Dr. Shah works to empower families to make medical decisions that improve their overall health and well-being. Outside of work, Dr. Shah enjoys traveling, spending time with new friends, and exploring new restaurants.

Melva Navarro, P.A.

Melva Navarro completed her physician assistant studies at the Yale School of Medicine. She is credentialed through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Melva is dedicated to serving the community she was raised in by providing culturally competent care that understands the factors that impact patients’ quality of care. She wants to establish authentic connections with each of her patients so that she can collaborate with them on a care plan that improves their quality of life. Outside of work, Melva enjoys spending time with her children, listening to audiobooks, and dancing. Melva was born in Veracruz, Mexico and is fluent in Spanish.
