JaMauri Warren, P.A.

JaMauri Warren completed his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. He is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the American Association of Respiratory Care. As a physician assistant, he is dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally competent care while empowering his patients to make the best decisions for themselves. Outside of work, JaMauri enjoys watching sports, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.  

Christina Govas, M.D.

Christina Govas earned her medical degree at the Saint James School of Medicine and completed her residency at Southern Illinois University. She is a Board-certified physician through the American Academy of Family Physicians and is a member of the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians. Dr Govas’ passion for patient advocacy goes far beyond the health center – she has partnered with community leaders to prevent the closure of hospitals in medically underserved neighborhoods. In her work, she uses a team-based and holistic approach to care that empowers patients to reach their goals. As a doctor, she leverages her knowledge and expertise to create a personalized health plan that matches a patient’s lifestyle and health goals. Outside of work, Dr. Govas enjoys travelling, cooking, and yoga. She is fluent in Greek.  

Brett Ballard, M.D.

Brett Ballard received his medical degree from the University of Cincinatti College of Medicine and completed his residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. He is Board-certified through the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Ballard enjoys working with his team to provide quality care for children as they grow. He is dedicated to helping children live happy lives while developing healthy lifestyles that will follow them into adulthood. When not at work, Dr. Ballard can be found playing basketball, reading, and listening to music.

Eric Hudson earned his Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Fisk University and completed his PhD in Clinical Psychology at Pennsylvania State University. He completed his doctoral internship at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. Eric is committed to providing quality health care services to individuals and families in his community and helping them reach their highest potential. His practice is centered on empathy and respect, and he works with his clients to empower them to build on their own strengths. Outside of work, Eric enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with his family.  

Martina Krone, N.P.

Martina Krone received a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Women’s Health and Gender Related Care from Vanderbilt University. Martina, also called Mia, is credentialed through the National Certification Corporation and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health, and Nurses in Sexual and Reproductive Health. She practices patient-centered and trauma-informed care and works to make all of her patients feel safe, understood, and empowered. She is passionate about health education and emphasizes bodily empowerment with all of her patients. When not at work, Martina can be found exploring local coffee shops, practicing yoga, and spending time by the lake.

Rabeeya Khalid, M.D.

Rabeeya Khalid earned her medical degree from the Dow University of Health Sciences. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Chicago Northshore and her fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Loyola University Medical Center. She is a Board-certified physician through the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Infectious Diseases Society of America. Dr. Khalid is passionate about serving the community and actively engaging with patients to make sure they receive the best care possible. Her philosophy of care is to provide holistic, patient-centered care through the practice of preventative and evidence-based medicine. When not at work, Dr. Khalid can be found swimming, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Khalid is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.

Frances Locke Rosenberg, C.N.M

Fran Locke Rosenberg is a graduate of Yale University and of the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives. Originally from Troy, New York, Fran is married with four children and enjoys cooking hiking and spending time with her family.

Lisa Oldham, M.D.

Lisa Oldham earned her medical degree at Washington University, St. Louis and completed her residency at Rush University Medical Center. Dr. Oldham is Board-certified through the American Board of Obsterics and Gynecology and is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Obsterics and Gynecology, and the North American Society of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. Dr. Oldham was raised by civil rights activists and mentored by community physicians who taught her the importance of health equity and community involvement. She is committed to providing high quality, equitable care to all patients regardless of their background and looks forward to giving back to her community. Outside of work, Dr Oldham enjoys staying active, cooking, reading, and traveling.
