All classes run five weeks long, and are held in a group setting. Class session topics are as follows: Session 1: Introduction to diabetes / Monitoring blood sugars Session 2: Medications/Physical activity Session 3: Carbohydrate counting / Meal planning Session 4: Healthy coping Session 5: The ABCs of diabetes You are welcome to join at any time during the five week sessions.
