She is a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and is credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Ivy incorporates the principles of patient-centered care into her practice and treats each patient with compassion, while providing evidence-based treatments. She chooses to work in community health in order to provide high quality mental health care to medically underserved communities. When not at work, Ivy can be found fishing, reading, or spending time with her family.

As a pediatrician, Dr. Shah works to empower families to make medical decisions that improve their overall health and well-being.
