At ACCESS, we treat the whole person and believe behavioral health is an important part of one’s overall health. We have an integrated approach to care and our behavioral health consultants work directly with our primary care teams to ensure that all aspects of a patient’s health are reviewed and monitored on a regular basis. If you need behavioral health services, speak to your ACCESS provider and they will be able to refer you to a clinically trained behavioral health consultant.

ACCESS staff will educate and provide information about ACCESS' services and programs including primary and preventative health care, making ACCESS a medical home, and answer questions and help participants apply for health insurance enrollment through the Affordable Care Act both Medicaid and Marketplace. Schedule a telehealth visit today!   To help you and your family receive the health care you need while staying safe during this critical time, we are now offering telehealth appointments. This appointment allows you to talk directly to an ACCESS provider over the phone without leaving the comfort of your home.   To make an appointment with an ACCESS provider today, call us at 1.866.267.2353   When you call, an ACCESS team member will let you know if a telehealth appointment is right for you. Substance use is often tied to mental health issues. That’s why when patients come in for their wellness visits, we look at our patients’ total health and mental well-being, which includes screening for their relationship with substance use. Through this screening, your provider will be able to discuss your substance use, misuse, and any concerns you may have. Our goal is to work with you to make sure you get the right treatment at the right time, including proper medical care and behavioral health services.
