Dr. Alvarez earned her medical degree from the Universidad Francisco Marroquin in Guatemala and completed her residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington D.C. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is fluent in both Spanish and French. Dr. Alvarez focuses on community involvement in her practice and outside of work enjoys learning other languages and sports.

Sarah Verbeek completed the Physician Assistant program at Rosalind Franklin University/Chicago Medical School. She is licensed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants. Sarah enjoys working in a community setting because she can offer holistic as well as preventive care to her patients. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys photography, travel, and tennis. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Benitez is a native of Cebu City Philippines and obtained her medical education at the Southwestern University School of Medicine in the Philippines. Beginning in 1977, Dr. Benitez has practiced community health care in Chicago at Palos Community Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital and now at ACCESS South State Family Health Center.

Dr. Trainor received her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and completed a residency at Rush University Medical Center. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In her spare time, Dr. Trainor enjoys travel, reading, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Trainor is fluent in Spanish and is passionate about working in a medically underserved community. She is committed to watching her young patients grow up to be happy healthy young adults.

Dr. Lampley received his medical degree from the University of California in San Diego, completed his residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed a fellowship in maternal/fetal medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. His medical interests include preterm labor prenatal diagnosis HIV pregnancies and diabetes in pregnancy. "I am the patient's servant here to help them achieve their goals" he says. In his free time, he enjoys swimming or bicycling with his family along the lakefront. Dr. Lampley is fluent in Spanish, French, and English.

Dr. Bretts is a board-certified family physician and received his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery at Des Moines University in Des Moines Iowa. He has been practicing in Chicago since 1974 after receiving post-graduate training at the Chicago Osteopathic Medical Center. He has been on 26th Street almost 25 years.

Madison Doyle earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice, Pediatric Primary Care Program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is Board-certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and licensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Madison wanted to work in community health care because she is passionate about reducing barriers to health while providing quality, patient-centered health care within her community. As a nurse practitioner, she values shared decision making with her patients and works to build strong relationships built on trust. Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, as well as traveling.

Semiloore Akerele earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University in Minnesota after completing her practicum at Mindcare Clinic. Semiloore is an active member of the National Association of Psychiatry Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Semiloore is committed to providing high quality mental health care to all of her patients. She works with patients to create realistic wellness goals that allow them to live a happier, healthier life. Outside of work, Semiloore enjoys spending time with friends and family.

​Dr. Bautista received her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT.  She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. Dr. Bautista is committed to giving back to medically underserved communities and believes that everyone deserves access to quality health care. In her spare time, Dr. Bautista enjoys cooking and traveling.

Shaista Kamal received her medical degree from Deccan College of Medical Sciences and completed her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago. She is board-certified from the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Illinois Chapter American Academy of Pediatricians. Dr. Kamal enjoys providing services in medically underserved communities. She has a keen interest in developmental pediatrics and prevention and treatment of prevalent childhood illnesses. She is fluent in Urdu, Telugu, Hindi, and medical Spanish. Dr. Kamal enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and children.

Dr. Cvengros earned her medical degree at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Cook County Hospital. She is licensed by the American Board of Family Medicine and has a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Sports Medicine. Dr. Cvengros is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Sports Medicine. She focuses on providing high quality care to all patients and is fluent in Spanish. Outside of work Dr. Cvengros enjoys traveling exercise and soccer.

Born in Arkansas, Dr. Boler earned his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago. A board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, Dr. Boler is an experienced community-based health care provider. A member of several medical organizations, Dr. Boler has also published several articles on obstetrics and gynecology as well as contributed to academic texts on maternal medicine. Dr. Boler enjoys working with ACCESS' Healthy Start Program to help reduce infant mortality and low birth weight babies on Chicago's West Side. He lives in Chicago with his wife.

Gabby Browne earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University and is credentialed through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She chose to work in a community health center to help increase access to quality, patient-centered care and address barriers to health. Gabby works to form meaningful relationships with her patients so that she can help them achieve their long-term health goals. Outside of work, Gabby enjoys spending time with her family and friends, long walks with her dog, and reading.  

Logan Jones earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from North Central College and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Logan focuses on building strong relationships with patients and ensuring they have access to compassionate, high-quality care. Her philosophy of care emphasizes collaborative, evidence-based health care that empowers patients to actively participate in their treatment and supports their long term health and wellness. Outside of work, Logan enjoys watching basketball, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
