Henry Innocente received his Master’s in Social Work at the Dominican University and completed his internship at Heartland Alliance. He is licensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Throughout his career, Henry has dedicated himself to working at the community level to help people struggling with addiction and other mental illnesses. He believes in empowering his clients to develop healthy lifestyles that include highlighting their unique interests that positively impact their overall health. Henry enjoys reading, working out, and planning his next road trips.

Mara Ulin Cordova earned her medical degree at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara and completed her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago. She is licensed to practice through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Ulin decided to work at ACCESS because of our connection to the community and the resources we provide patients. She is passionate about working with patients to access any support services they need and is dedicated to educating and empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health. She was born in Tabasco, Mexico and performed two years of research at the University of Illinois Chicago on women’s health. Outside of work, Dr. Ulin enjoys educating communities on women’s health, spending time with her family, and trying new recipes. She is fluent in Spanish.

Dioscelina Salgado is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is licensed through the Illinois Dept of Professional Regulations. Dioscelina believes patients can improve their quality of life through healthy eating. She is committed to providing quality health care by educating patients about nutrition-related diseases and prevention. When not working, Dioscelina enjoys reading, practicing yoga, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. She speaks fluent Spanish.
Osaretin Oronsaye, M.D.
Dr. Oronsaye received his medical degree from Rush Medical College and completed his residency at the University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago. He is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Oronsaye was born in Nigeria but has spent more than half of his life in the United States. He is accustomed to practicing in underserved communities and enjoys working to help patients with limited health care options. His goal is to educate his patients so they take charge of their health care outcomes. In his spare time, Dr. Oronsaye enjoys traveling and reading.

Munawar Sultana, M.D. received her medical degree in Pakistan and completed her residency at AMITA Health Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine and is an AAFP Fellow. Dr. Sultana believes each and every patient deserves individualized attention that includes listening, treating patients with dignity and involving them in decision making. Outside of work, Dr. Sultana enjoys taking long drives, listening to music and spending time with family. She is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Sindhi.

Colleen Joseph, D.N.P., I.B.C.L.C., received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Loyola University. She is credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health and Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society. Colleen has committed her medical career to providing care to those who need it most and believes everyone should have access to quality, affordable health care. Every patient she sees, she strives to provide them the same care and attention she would show to a member of her family. Outside of work, Colleen enjoys running marathons, CrossFit and spending time with friends and family. She is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Wesley Harmston received his medical degree from Midwestern University and completed his residency at Resurrection Medical Center. Dr. Harmston is board-certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. He is a member of the Illinois Osteopathic Association, the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Dr. Harmston believes in providing considerate care and thoughtful interactions with all his patients. His approach to care involves listening empathetically to all patients and taking their concerns and questions seriously. He is also great at thoroughly explaining medical issues related to Osteopathic and sports medicine to his patients. Dr. Harmston is drawn to community health because he values creating strong relationships with his patients in the community. Dr. Harmston is fluent in Italian. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and White Sox baseball.

She is drawn to ACCESS because she wanted to continue serving the same communities in which she started through her residency program. Dr. Innola is fluent in Finnish. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music and creating crafts.

Her approach to care involves working with families and children to help make the medical decisions that lead to healthy lifestyles. In her free time, Meredith enjoys traveling, reading, and cooking with family and friends. She speaks French and served as a Peace Corps health volunteer in Togo, West Africa.

She believes patients are the experts of their own bodies and practices body positive education that empowers individuals to make their own choices.
