Neha Dalal received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from AT Still University in Mesa, Arizona and is a licensed Physician Assistant through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Neha is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants. Neha is committed to providing health care to women at all stages of their lives, from pregnancy to annual wellness visits. She has participated in overseas mission work in Panama and looks forward to providing quality health care to the Arlington Heights community. Chelsea Schroeder-Lozada earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Michigan. She is credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the American Nurses Association, Michigan Council of Nurse Practice, and the Illinois Society of Advanced Practice Nursing. Chelsea is passionate about partnering with communities to improve health outcomes and advance health equity. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that empowers her patients to take an active role in their health. Additionally, she is deeply interested in global health and completed her doctoral project within HIV positive communities in the Dominican Republic. When not at work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and traveling.

Zehra Kanji-Ghaziani, D.N.P., F.N.P.-B.C.

Zehra Kanji-Ghaziani received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in Family Medicine at DePaul University and also holds a Masters of Science in Nursing. She is credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Prior to receiving her doctorate, Zehra was a labor and delivery nurse. She is committed to providing patient-centered, holistic, and equitable care to all her patients. Zehra is drawn to community health care because she wants to ensure that all members of her community have access to care. When not at work, Zehra enjoys spending time with her husband, Esmael, and their dog, Railey. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu.

David Richards, M.D.

Dr. David Richards received his medical degree at Ohio State University and completed his residency at Rutgers University-Newark in New Jersey. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a member of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Richards has experience working in FQHCs and believes it to be the most rewarding work a physician can do. His philosophy of care is to use evidence-based medicine to help patients achieve the highest level of health possible. Dr. Richards has a special interest in treating opioid and alcohol use disorder. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending time with his family.

Reema Shah, M.D.

Reema Shah earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She is a Board-certified physician through the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Shah was drawn to work at a community health center because she believes that everyone deserves access to quality, patient-centered care. As a pediatrician, Dr. Shah works to empower families to make medical decisions that improve their overall health and well-being. Outside of work, Dr. Shah enjoys traveling, spending time with new friends, and exploring new restaurants.

Laura Lopez received her certification in Physician Assistant Studies from City Colleges of Chicago Malcolm X College. She is licensed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Laura is looking forward to working in community health care and with a diverse population. She is committed to teaching her patients to make healthier life choices, while empowering themselves. In her spare time, Laura enjoys travelling with her children, exploring national parks and exploring the great restaurants of Chicago. Laura is fluent in Spanish.

Kristin Bean, P.A.-C.

Kristin Bean received her master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Rush University in Chicago, where she also completed a specialty year in Emergency Medicine. She is licensed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Kristin believes that everyone deserves the same respect and quality of care regardless of the communities in which they live or their financial situations. She believes in shared decision making when it comes to developing individual health plans and encourages patients to take an active role in their own health. Kristin speaks Spanish. In her free time, Kristin enjoys singing, playing piano, traveling (especially to Latin America), and hiking.
