Shahzeb Najam graduated from Ziauddin University in Pakistan and completed his internal medicine residency at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Najam is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, and is a member of the American College of Physicians. He is an evidence-based clinician who continually educates himself on best practices and new technology within the medical field. Dr. Najam treats his patients like family and makes sure that they feel heard and that all of their needs are met. He works with patients to create individualized plans that meet their health goals. Outside of work, Dr. Najam is an avid reader and guitar player. He is fluent in Urdu.

Rita Melgarejo-Glaab, M.D.
Dr. Rita Melgarejo-Glaab received her medical degree from the Universidad de Navarra in Spain and specialized in Family Medicine after completing her residency at SUNY in Buffalo, New York. Dr. Melgarejo-Glaab is Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the Illinois Medical Society. Dr. Melgarejo-Glaab believes the best care and health outcomes requires patient involvement in the decision-making process. The community surrounding ACCESS Plaza was one of the first areas Dr. Melgarejo-Glaab settled into when she came to Chicago and she is looking forward to sharing her practice with the patients of ACCESS Plaza. Outside of work, Dr. Melgarejo-Glaab enjoys gardening, cooking and yoga. She is fluent in Spanish.
Stephanie Larios, P.A.
Stephanie Larios received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Practice at Rosalind Franklin University. She is a credentialed Physician Assistant through the National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Stephanie’s goal is to bring quality health care to our communities and work in partnership with patients to improve health outcomes, reach their health goals and combat health disparities. She is particularly interested in providing inclusive health care to LGBTQIA patients. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys singing, playing guitar and cooking.
