Jennifer Hill earned her medical degree at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Chicago. She is Board-certified through the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Hill grew up with disabled siblings who inspired and motivated her to pursue medicine. She became interested in community health after she completed a year of service as a health educator at a school-based health center in Chicago. In her practice, Dr. Hill aims to get to know her patients as people first so she can build a caring and supportive relationship. When not at work, Dr. Hill can be found playing violin or running in her neighborhood.
Caleigh Lofstead, P.N.P.
Caleigh Lofstead earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the Vanderbilt School of Nursing and is credentialed through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. As a nurse practitioner at a community health center, Caleigh enjoys being able to make a positive impact in the community. She prioritizes holistic care by promoting a healthy lifestyle, emphasizing preventative care, and nurturing patients’ physical and emotional health. Outside of work, Caleigh enjoys exploring Chicago neighborhoods, trying new restaurants, and staying active.

Arunima Saxena earned her medical degree at the Medical School of Jipmer in Puducherry, India and completed her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago. She is Board-certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Saxena was drawn to community health because she wanted to provide high quality care to underserved communities in Chicago. She uses a patient-centered approach to care that prioritizes long-term health as well as preventative care. Outside of work, Dr. Saxena enjoys spending time with her family. She is fluent in Hindi and Tamil.

LaShawnda High earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Olivet University. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and licensed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. LaShawnda was drawn to community health care because she wanted to provide high quality, patient-centered care to communities that have historically been medically underserved. She prioritizes building strong relationships with her patients and treats each once like family. Outside of work, LaShawnda enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Morkos is Board-certified through the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. After completing her residency in Chicago, she knew she wanted to give back and work at a community health center to make a difference in her patients’ health and quality of life. It is important to Dr. Morkos to make sure her patients have the agency to make their own health decisions and finds it important to discuss all treatment options and concerns with her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, learning about different cultures, and trying new cuisines. Dr. Morkos is fluent in Arabic.
