Pilvi Innola, M.D.
Dr. Pilvi Innola received her medical degree from the University of Tampere in Tampere, Finland, and completed her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital. She is licensed by the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Innola believes in empowering patients to become experts in their own health through education and support. She is drawn to ACCESS because she wanted to continue serving the same communities in which she started through her residency program. Dr. Innola is fluent in Finnish. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music and creating crafts.
Meredith Magulak, N.P.
Meredith Magulak received her Master of Science in Nursing from Yale School of Nursing. She is credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Meredith believes that all families deserve access to quality health care. Her approach to care involves working with families and children to help make the medical decisions that lead to healthy lifestyles. In her free time, Meredith enjoys traveling, reading, and cooking with family and friends. She speaks French and served as a Peace Corps health volunteer in Togo, West Africa.

Sharif Alhamed completed the Physician Assistant program at Rosalind Franklin University. He is licensed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Sharif speaks fluent Spanish and enjoys working in community health care, which he believes should be accessible to all. When he is not working, Sharif enjoys cooking and spending time with family.

Janeth Vazquez Ortega is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Master of Social Work degree. She is licensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Janeth’s approach to care is to treat each of her clients with respect and create a positive relationship that allows her clients to make informed decisions that improve their wellbeing.

Hannah Cutts (she/her pronouns) is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who received her degree from Yale School of Nursing. She is credentialed by the American Midwifery Certification Board and is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives. Hannah believes health care is a human right and that all people should have access to high-quality, sensitive, and inclusive care. She believes patients are the experts of their own bodies and practices body positive education that empowers individuals to make their own choices. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys biking, baking, and spending time with her family.
Shweta Chawla, M.D., M.B.A.
Shweta Chawla earned her medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean and completed her residency at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Pennsylvania. She also holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University. Dr. Chawla is Board-certified through the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her philosophy of care is to provide quality, compassionate, and preventive care to the patient while listening to the patient and their family. She chooses to work in a community health center to provide compassionate, understanding care within the ACCESS community. When not at work, Dr. Chawla can be found trying new experiences and dancing. She is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
Marina Ibrahim, M.M.S., P.A.-C.
Marina Ibrahim completed her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University. She is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. In her practice, Marina provides patient-centered care and treats each patient like family. She believes in giving back to her community through preventative medicine and providing accessible, quality care to all patients. When not at work, Marina can be found exploring new places and spending time with her family and friends. She is fluent in Arabic.
Arlette Brown, M.D.
Dr. Brown received her medical degree from the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine at Rockford and completed her residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital. She is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Brown is a member of the American College of OB/GYN, and the American College of Surgeons. She strives to provide excellent care and to help the community. When not working, Dr. Brown enjoys traveling, exercising and fashion design.

She is licensed through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Carolina is a former ACCESS patient, and after completing her clinical rotation at an ACCESS health center, she knew she wanted to work in a community health center. She believes in providing quality, patient-centered care that respects cultural and socioeconomic differences. Carolina loves coffee and enjoys weightlifting and boxing in her free time. She is fluent in Spanish.
Justin Poole, PA-C, M.D.
Justin Poole earned his medical degree at the University of Illinois and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Butler University. He is credentialed through the Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant Studies and is a member of the National Association of Emergency Medical Service Educators, the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Prior to coming to ACCESS, Dr. Poole worked in emergency medicine and witnessed firsthand the disparities that exist within health care. Dr. Poole believes providing high quality care is the core of the patient-provider relationship and a kes the time to actively listen to patients needs and provide quality education. Dr. Poole is a supporter of the LGBT community and has experience in administering PrEP, PEP, and Doxy-PEP. Outside of work, he enjoys playing trombone in a community concert band and going to different venues throughout Chicago.
Katarzyna Ceglinski, P.N.P.
Katarzyna Ceglinski graduated from Maryville University St Louis an completed her practicums at Kids First Pediatrics Partners and Dr. Efraim Flores Pediatrics. She is a licensed pediatric nurse practitioner through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and is an international board-certified lactation consultant through the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners. Katarzyna’s practice centers on providing patient centered care focused on listening, reassurance, and education. She values being an active member of her community by providing quality health care to the people of Chicago. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, gardening, and camping. Katarzyna is fluent in Polish.

Genesis loves working in community health care because it allows her to be a part of the everyday lives of her patients, build strong connections, and find solutions that make a lasting impact on their health and wellness. Her health care philosophy emphasizes education and prevention to empower patients to make informed decisions that address their long-term health goals. Genesis was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up in Florida before moving to Chicago to pursue her career in medicine. She enjoys spending time outdoors, playing tennis, and trying out new restaurants with her family. She is fluent in Spanish.

Additionally, he is an HIV Prevention Provider through HealthHIV. Zane chose to work in a community health center because he values being on the front lines of patient care and helping people navigate their healthcare journey. He believes in guiding and empowering patients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions that will positively impact their overall health and wellness. When not at work, Zane enjoys cooking, exploring Chicago, and spending time with his cat Augustine. He is fluent in Spanish and Arabic.
