Stand Against Cancer & Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program

The Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (IBCCP) offers
uninsured Illinois women with free or low-cost breast and cervical
cancer screenings. The program is available at all ACCESS locations
and our dedicated team of Women’s Health Outreach Coordinators
are here to help you enroll.

If the results show a breast or cervical cancer diagnosis, ACCESS’ care team can help eligible patients enroll for benefits through the Illinois Treatment Act, administered by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
 
Are you eligible?
  • Woman age 18-64 years old
  • Uninsured
  • Resident of Illinois
  • Low income at or below 250% (for women over the income limit, please contact 773.735.3282)

 

What is covered?
  • Referrals for mammograms
  • Breast exams
  • Pap smears
  • Ultrasounds
  • Needle biopsy
  • Colposcopy
