Dr. Shah believes in providing personalized, holistic, and compassionate care to each of his patients. He is committed to educating patients about their conditions and tries his best to provide painless, non-invasive treatments. Kevin Shanahan completed his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Practice at the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. He is certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants. His approach to care is meeting patients where they are and working together to address their personal health needs by fostering a non-judgmental and patient-centered environment. Kevin chose to work in community health care because he believes that providing high-quality accessible health care impacts communities at multiple levels. When not at work, Kevin can be found playing guitar, cooking, hiking, and making pottery. He is fluent in Spanish.

Amy Lilly earned her Doctor of Nursing at Southern Illinois University and completed her residency in St. Louis and Illinois. She is a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse through the American Nursing Credentialing Center. Amy values the contributions of community health centers and the critical mental health services they provide to medically underserved communities. She believes that mental health is essential to overall health and takes the time with each of her patients to listen to their concerns and treat them with compassion and dignity. Outside of work, Amy enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Alvarez earned her medical degree from the Universidad Francisco Marroquin in Guatemala and completed her residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington D.C. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is fluent in both Spanish and French. Dr. Alvarez focuses on community involvement in her practice and outside of work enjoys learning other languages and sports.

Hannah Weubbe earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University and is licensed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she provides high quality and compassionate care to all of her patients. Hannah works to build strong relationships with her patients to provide personalized, evidence-based care. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys running, reading, cooking, and traveling.

Catherine Bach received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan and completed her residency at McLaren Greater Lansing. Dr. Bach is credentialed through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) and chose a career in community health care because she grew up being taken care of community health centers and the providers there. As an Osteopathic physician, Dr. Bach believes that the body is capable of self-regulation. Her goal is to educate patients in order for them to be the healthiest they can be. She’s passionate about preventative and evidence-based medicine. Outside of work, Dr. Bach is spending time with her family and going on culinary adventures. She is fluent in Thai.
