Dr. Bach is credentialed through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) and chose a career in community health care because she grew up being taken care of community health centers and the providers there. As an Osteopathic physician, Dr. Bach believes that the body is capable of self-regulation. Her goal is to educate patients in order for them to be the healthiest they can be. She’s passionate about preventative and evidence-based medicine. Outside of work, Dr. Bach is spending time with her family and going on culinary adventures. She is fluent in Thai.

Dr. Aurea P. Thomas received her medical degree in the Dominican Republic and completed her residency at Lincoln Medical and Health Center, New York. She is licensed by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Thomas is fluent in Spanish. In her spare time, Dr. Thomas enjoys reading and traveling.

Christianna chose to work in a community health center to build long-term relationships with patients and reduce barriers to accessing high-quality care. She strives to create a welcoming space where patients feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in their health journey. Outside of work, Christianna enjoys exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, trying new recipes, and traveling.

She believes everyone deserves compassionate care, regardless of their circumstances and is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of her community. Outside of work, Lina enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and trying new restaurants. She is fluent in Urdu.

Jessica Shaker earned her medical degree and Masters of Biomedical Sciences at Loyola University Medical Center. She is licensed through the Illinois State Board and is Board-certified with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), of which she is also a member. Dr. Shaker is passionate about serving her community and advocating for vulnerable populations, ensuring that all patients have access to high-quality, comprehensive care. Her philosophy of care emphasizes evidence-based medicine, patient education, and shared decision-making. She strives to create a supportive environment where patients feel informed, respected, and empowered in their health care choices. Outside of work, Dr. Shaker enjoys reading, traveling, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with her husband and puppy.

Aarti Kulkarni earned her medical degree at the University of the West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica and completed her residency at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. Dr. Kulkarni also completed her Neonatal Perinatal Medicine Fellowship at the John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County. Dr. Kulkarni is passionate about providing high quality, patient-centered care to her patients and their families. With education, she works with her patients to ensure that they can make the best decisions for their wellness journey. Outside of work, Dr. Kulkarni enjoys Bollywood dancing and creative writing.
