Jacqueline Greene-Roper, M.D.
Jacqueline Greene-Roper earned her medical degree at the Loyola Stritch School of Medicine and completed her residency at the West Suburban Medical Center. Dr. Greene-Roper is licensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians as well as the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Greene-Roper's approach to care is guided by the belief that every person deserves quality, comprehensive, and efficient health care that is built on a positive patient-physician relationship. Dr. Greene-Roper understands the difficulties many people in Chicago face in accessing care and assists her patients in providing linkages to health care and other services. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and being in nature.

Neha Dalal received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from AT Still University in Mesa, Arizona and is a licensed Physician Assistant through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Neha is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants. Neha is committed to providing health care to women at all stages of their lives, from pregnancy to annual wellness visits. She has participated in overseas mission work in Panama and looks forward to providing quality health care to the Arlington Heights community. Outside of work, Neha enjoys reading, cooking and traveling. She is fluent in Spanish, Hindi and Gujarati.
Nicole Locascio, P.A.-C.
Nicole Locascio received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University and is a certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a member of Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. In her practice, Nicole seeks to create meaningful relationships with her patients by compassionately listening to them and delivering patient-centered care. She wants to provide care to her patients the way she would want her own family treated. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and watching movies.
James Kim, M.D.
Dr. James Kim received his medical degree from University of Toledo, College of Medicine and completed his residency at State University of New York in Buffalo, N.Y. Dr. Kim is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. In his free time, Dr. Kim enjoys watching sports, playing golf and traveling. He is drawn to community health care because he believes in connecting with the community through compassionate, advanced, high-quality care.
Mini Kuncheria, N.P.
Mini Kuncheria received her Master of Science in Nursing from Benedictine University and her Post- Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Olivet Nazarene University. She completed her practicum at Edward Hines Jr. Veterans Administration Hospital. Mini is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Mini is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses. In addition, she is a visiting professor at Chamberlain College of Nursing. Mini is committed to being a compassionate provider and she believes in focusing on preventative care services for the community. She is a strong believer in healthy living and is passionate about promoting healthy lifestyle choices to others. In her free time, Mini enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family.
Viviana Rivera, F.N.P.-C.
Viviana Rivera received her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She is credentialed by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Viviana is committed to helping her patients play an active role in their health care. She believes her background has allowed her to help people overcome language and educational barriers. Her interests outside of work include spending time with her family, watching movies and playing soccer. Viviana is fluent in Spanish.
Jairo Mejia, M.D.
Dr. Mejia received his medical degree in Colombia and completed residencies both in Colombia and at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Chicago. "I chose to specialize in internal medicine because I enjoy working with patients and their medical needs throughout their life" he says. Dr. Mejia has a special interest in obesity and diabetes particularly in the Mexican-American community. In his spare time, he enjoys painting with oil on canvas. Dr. Mejia is fluent in Spanish.
Erwin Szela, M.D.
Dr. Szela received his medical degree from Rush University Medical College and completed his residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, he is a member of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Chicago Medical Society and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. Dr. Szela is Chairman of the Board of the Northwest Suburban Independent Physician Association, as well as an Economics Committee of Chicago Medical Society member. Dr. Szela is excited to give back to the community, especially in the area of prenatal care, and always looks to empower his patients to be involved in their health outcomes. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, and other interests include advanced minimally invasive gynecology surgery.

Josephine Rios earned her bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University, and her midwifery certification from the University of Illinois, Chicago. She is licensed by the American Midwifery Certification Board. She is excited to provide gynecologic care for women of all ages in medically underserved communities. Her approach to women’s health care is to ensure that she empowers her patients to make healthy lifestyle choices. Josephine speaks fluent Spanish, and during her spare time, she enjoys running, reading and yoga.

Dr. De Leoz received her medical degree from the University of the East in the Philippines and completed her residency at West Virginia University. She is licensed by the American Board of Family Practice and is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Dermatology.
Madeline Reavy, P.A.
Madeline Reavy earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from St. Ambrose University and received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is credentialed through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. During her studies, she gained experience working at a community health center in rural Iowa and came to ACCESS wishing to provide the same level of accessible and quality care to the communities ACCESS serves. As a Physician Assistant, Madeline builds strong relationships with her patients to help them prioritize their specific needs and health goals. Outside of work, Madeline enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and cooking.

Adriana Rivera is a Certified Nurse Midwife and completed her Masters of Nursing at the University of Illinois Chicago. She is credentialed through the American College of Nurse Midwives. She believes that everyone deserves access to quality, equitable care and is dedicated to serving our Chicago communities. Outside of work, Adriana enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family. She is fluent in Spanish.

Genesis loves working in community health care because it allows her to be a part of the everyday lives of her patients, build strong connections, and find solutions that make a lasting impact on their health and wellness. Her health care philosophy emphasizes education and prevention to empower patients to make informed decisions that address their long-term health goals. Genesis was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up in Florida before moving to Chicago to pursue her career in medicine. She enjoys spending time outdoors, playing tennis, and trying out new restaurants with her family. She is fluent in Spanish.
Kaysha Ribao, M.D.
Kaysha Ribao earned her medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and completed her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago. She is Board-certified through the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine. Dr. Ribao was born and raised in Hawaii by Filipino immigrants and was drawn to ACCESS because many of the patients remind her of her own family - hard workers who are doing their best to provide for their families and improve their lives. She aims to provide exceptional care to all her patients and help them reach their health goals. Dr. Ribao practices patient-centered care and believes that every patient is a human being with their own unique story that needs to be respected and considered when providing care. Outside of work, Dr. Ribao enjoys traveling, trying new foods, watching Broadway shows, and spending time with her cats.
