Angeli is credentialed by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Angeli is drawn to community health because she believes in helping people by promoting health and wellness to prevent disease. Stephanie Larios, P.A.

Stephanie Larios received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Practice at Rosalind Franklin University. She is a credentialed Physician Assistant through the National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Stephanie’s goal is to bring quality health care to our communities and work in partnership with patients to improve health outcomes, reach their health goals and combat health disparities. She is particularly interested in providing inclusive health care to LGBTQIA patients. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys singing, playing guitar and cooking.

Omolade Oduala, M.D.

Dr. Omolade Oduala received her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Chicago, and completed her residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando, FL. Dr. Oduala is credentialed by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Oduala believes quality health care should be accessible and affordable for everyone. As a member of the community she serves, she strives to provide evidence-based care to improve the lives of her patients and their families. Outside of work, Dr. Oduala enjoys traveling, reading books, cooking traditional Nigerian dishes and spending time with her family and friends.

Sonia Parmar, M.D.

Dr. Sonia Parmar received her medical degree from the Atlantic University School of Medicine and completed her residency at University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford, Illinois where she specialized in Family Medicine. Dr. Parmar comes to ACCESS with experience providing primary care in a community health care setting, educating patients on the importance of preventive health care and working with them to manage complex chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension. From pregnancy to birth to senior care, Dr. Parmar believes everyone deserves access to quality health care. She is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi. Dr. Parmar is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Board of Family Physicians, Illinois Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association

Viktoria Erhardt, M.D.

Dr. Erhardt received her bachelor's degree from the University of California in Irvine and obtained her medical degree from the Chicago Medical School. She completed her residency at the University of Chicago and is licensed by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Erhardt decided to work in a community health setting because of the multidisciplinary approach to health care as well as the opportunity to deal with all aspects of patients' well being. Dr. Erhardt treats primarily patients with disabilities with the main goal of helping patients reach their full potential.
