Angeli Patel received her advanced practice registered nursing degree and completed her residency at Loyola University Chicago. Angeli is credentialed by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Angeli is drawn to community health because she believes in helping people by promoting health and wellness to prevent disease. In her free time, Angeli enjoys working out and spending time with family and she is fluent with Gujarati.

ACCESS and community partners will educate and provide information about colon cancer, screenings, and prevention. ACCESS staff will also provide information the services and programs available at ACCESS including primary and preventative health care, ACCESS as a medical home, and health insurance enrollment both Medicaid and Marketplace through the Affordable Care Act.
