Camila Salvador received her degree in Physician Assistant Studies at University of Dubuque and is a certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a member of Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Camila believes everyone deserves access to quality care. She has experience working in community health care settings and the diverse populations it serves. She looks forward to creating relationships with her patients built on trust to partner with them to improve their health and quality of life. Outside of work, Camila enjoys playing tennis, traveling, reading and cooking. She is fluent in Spanish.

Debbie Lim received her Master of Science in Nursing from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles, California. She is certified by and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Debbie enjoys the opportunity to offer her skills and knowledge to provide excellent health care to her patients. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys baking and watching movies.
Cynthia Mata, M.D.
Dr. Cynthia Mata received her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed her residency at Cook County Hospital. She is licensed by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Illinois Chapter. In her spare time, Dr. Mata enjoys spending time with her children, traveling and cooking. Dr. Mata is fluent in Spanish and is dedicated to providing a positive impact on the community through caring for patients with dignity and respect.
