ACCESS is here to help. If you think you or someone close to you may have a drinking or drug problem, our care team can talk with you about your concerns and help you determine next steps.
From figuring out how serious a problem you or a loved one may have to determining next steps, your ACCESS care team is trained and ready to help. ACCESS also provides critical services including case management services and referrals for more specialized treatment and support services.
As your medical home, our providers want to make sure that you get the right treatment you need, including proper medical care and Behavioral Health services.

The Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (IBCCP) offersuninsured Illinois women with free or low-cost breast and cervicalcancer screenings. The program is available at all ACCESS locationsand our dedicated team of Women’s Health Outreach Coordinatorsare here to help you enroll.
If the results show a breast or cervical cancer diagnosis, ACCESS’ care team can help eligible patients enroll for benefits through the Illinois Treatment Act, administered by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
