He is an evidence-based clinician who continually educates himself on best practices and new technology within the medical field. Dr. Najam treats his patients like family and makes sure that they feel heard and that all of their needs are met. He works with patients to create individualized plans that meet their health goals. Outside of work, Dr. Najam is an avid reader and guitar player. He is fluent in Urdu.

Dr. Ali believes that as a health care provider, it is her mission to provide fair, equitable, and high-quality care to people of all backgrounds. She understands that no single approach fits all patients and takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns from their perspective. Outside of work, Dr. Ali enjoys reading, journaling, cooking, and gardening. She is fluent in Arabic.
