Paulina Cygan earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Paulina is passionate about addressing social determinants of health and increasing access to care for the communities ACCESS serves. She is committed to improving the health of her patients and works to create meaningful relationships with each of them. When not at the health center, Paulina can be found cooking, traveling, doing Pilates, and spending time with friends and family. She is fluent in Polish.

​Dr. Rastogi received his medical degree from Post Graduate Institute, Chandigarh, India. He completed a pediatric residency followed by a fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine from Cook County Hospital.  He is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and its sub-board of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. He was the Chairman of the division of neonatology at Cook County’s Stroger Hospital before joining ACCESS.  He has worked with the underserved population throughout his career. He is dedicated to improving the health of all children, and treating them with dignity and respect. Dr. Rastogi enjoys travelling, reading and learning new languages.​

Debbie Lim received her Master of Science in Nursing from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles, California. She is certified by and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Debbie enjoys the opportunity to offer her skills and knowledge to provide excellent health care to her patients. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys baking and watching movies.

Arta Durraj earned her master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Lewis University and completed her clinical training at VNA Healthcare. She is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Arta is passionate about providing community-based care and believes every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, honesty, and respect. Outside of work, Arta enjoys exploring new cultures, traveling, and walking in nature. She is fluent in Albanian and Greek.  

Greta Obereiner earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and her Family Practice Nurse Practitioner specialty at Northern Kentucky University. She is credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She loves working with patients in a community health center setting because it allows her to grow strong relationships with them and their families. She promises to advocate for her patients while providing high-quality, family-centered care. Outside of work, Greta enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.   

Deana Gaston received her Master of Social Work in Science from the University of Tennessee and is credentialed through Illinois Department of Financial Professional Regulation. Deana is committed to providing culturally competent care to her patients and her philosophy of care is strength based, collaborative and nonjudgmental with a focus on treating the whole person. Outside of work, Deana enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with friends.
