Shaista Kamal, M.D.

Shaista Kamal received her medical degree from Deccan College of Medical Sciences and completed her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago. She is board-certified from the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Illinois Chapter American Academy of Pediatricians. Dr. Kamal enjoys providing services in medically underserved communities. She has a keen interest in developmental pediatrics and prevention and treatment of prevalent childhood illnesses. She is fluent in Urdu, Telugu, Hindi, and medical Spanish. Dr. Kamal enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and children.

Samantha Fredrickson, P.A.

Samantha Fredrickson earned her Master of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies at Drexel University. She is a certified Physician Assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a standing member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. After completing her community health rotations, Samantha found a passion for providing fully integrated, patient-centered health care to meet her patients’ unique needs. She provides high-quality, comprehensive care that focuses on disease prevention and positive health outcomes. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time outdoors, playing with her dog Daisy, and being with friends and family.

Emily Goodlin, D.O.

Emily Goodlin earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at West Suburban Medical Center. She is Board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice. Dr. Goodlin’s philosophy of care is to provide empathetic, patient-centered care and to empower her patients to reach their health goals. She looks forward to making a positive impact on her Chicago community and building strong relationships with her patients. Outside of work, Dr. Goodlin enjoys spending time with her dog, going to concerts, and traveling. She is fluent in Spanish.  

Jessica Rebstock, F.N.P.

Jessica Rebstock attended Resurrection University where she earned a Master in Science in Nursing Primary Care as a Family Nurse Practioner. She is credentialed through the American Academy of Nurse Practioners and is part of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Jessica decided to enter community health because, “family health is at the heart of community health. Healthy individuals contribute to healthy families which produce health communities.” She believes that health care is a right for all indivduals and as a nurse practioner who needs to help patients main the healthiest life possible. In her spare time she enjoys exercising, cooking and spending time with her cat and dog.
