She is a certified Physician Assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a standing member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. After completing her community health rotations, Samantha found a passion for providing fully integrated, patient-centered health care to meet her patients’ unique needs. She provides high-quality, comprehensive care that focuses on disease prevention and positive health outcomes. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time outdoors, playing with her dog Daisy, and being with friends and family.

Jessica Rebstock attended Resurrection University where she earned a Master in Science in Nursing Primary Care as a Family Nurse Practioner. She is credentialed through the American Academy of Nurse Practioners and is part of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Jessica decided to enter community health because, “family health is at the heart of community health. Healthy individuals contribute to healthy families which produce health communities.” She believes that health care is a right for all indivduals and as a nurse practioner who needs to help patients main the healthiest life possible. In her spare time she enjoys exercising, cooking and spending time with her cat and dog.
