Bridget Adams, PA-C, received her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant studies at New York Institute of Technology and completed her residency in New York. Bridget is credentialed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a licensed physician assistant in Illinois. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Bridget believes in providing exceptional, individualized care to her patients and chose community health care to positively impact the lives of patients and communities. Bridget played basketball through college and enjoys spending time with family and exercising.

The ACCESS Westside Healthy Start Male Involvement program offers individual and group-setting support to fathers. The program empowers patients to take control of their health by providing confidential services including:    Physical exams  STI/HIV testing, treatment and education  Referrals for PrEP, an HIV prevention method  Men’s health screenings (i.e., testicular exams, blood pressure)  Free condoms  Health education    The Illinois Family Planning program is offered at select locations. Abiola Adojutelegan completed her Physician Assistant program at Rosalind Franklin University of Science and Medicine and is certified through the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates. Abiola is passionate about serving diverse communities and making sure patients have access to quality, compassionate health care. In her work, she partners with patients to reach their health goals by listening to their concerns and empowering them to make the best decisions for their health. Outside of work, Abiola enjoys mentoring students, fitness, and community outreach. She is fluent in Yoruba.  

Dr. Galicia Hilo received her medical degree from Midwestern University and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She says that it is incredibly rewarding to give back to patients especially those who live in medically underserved communities. She hopes to be an advocate teacher and friend to her patients and their families. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends traveling musicals and arts and crafts activities.
