We have an integrated approach to care and our behavioral health consultants work directly with our primary care teams to ensure that all aspects of a patient’s health are reviewed and monitored on a regular basis. If you need behavioral health services, speak to your ACCESS provider and they will be able to refer you to a clinically trained behavioral health consultant.

Shauntel Seaton earned her medical degree at Rush Medical College and completed her residency at Ascension Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Seaton is Board-certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She believes that all people deserve access to high-quality, unbiased, and holistic healthcare. Dr. Seaton’s philosophy of care involves educating women about their health so that they can better advocate for themselves. Outside of work, Dr. Seaton enjoys going to the movies, eating out, exercising, and spending time with her husband and dogs.

Oladimeji Kassim earned his Masters in Nursing at Northern Kentucky University. He is accredited through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Oladimeji chose to work in a community health center to become closer to his community and give back to those in need of health care. He believes in providing patient-centered, holistic care, taking the time to give each of his patients a treatment plan unique to their needs. Outside of work, Oladimeji can be found spending time with his family and staying active. He is fluent in Yoruba.

Dr. Sonia Parmar received her medical degree from the Atlantic University School of Medicine and completed her residency at University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford, Illinois where she specialized in Family Medicine. Dr. Parmar comes to ACCESS with experience providing primary care in a community health care setting, educating patients on the importance of preventive health care and working with them to manage complex chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension. From pregnancy to birth to senior care, Dr. Parmar believes everyone deserves access to quality health care. She is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi. Dr. Omolade Oduala received her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Chicago, and completed her residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando, FL. Dr. Oduala is credentialed by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Oduala believes quality health care should be accessible and affordable for everyone. As a member of the community she serves, she strives to provide evidence-based care to improve the lives of her patients and their families. Outside of work, Dr. Oduala enjoys traveling, reading books, cooking traditional Nigerian dishes and spending time with her family and friends.

Motaz Alshami graduated from the University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates and completed his residency at the Detroit Medical Center and Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He is licensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Licensing. Dr. Alshami believes that quality behavioral health care should be available to all, regardless of their financial or social status. He understands the value of being heard and understood and meets his patients where they are at. Outside of work, Dr. Alshami enjoys reading, playing video games, and cooking. He is fluent in Arabic.

Jenny Lussenhop earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Case Western Reserve University. She is a certified Physician Assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Jenny chooses to work in a community health center because she believes that access to quality, affordable health care is an important step to building vibrant, healthy communities. She is focused on providing patient-centered care and works collaboratively with patients to meet their needs. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys playing with her dog, spending time outside, and trying new recipes.
