Arunima Saxena, M.D.
Arunima Saxena earned her medical degree at the Medical School of Jipmer in Puducherry, India and completed her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago. She is Board-certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Saxena was drawn to community health because she wanted to provide high quality care to underserved communities in Chicago. She uses a patient-centered approach to care that prioritizes long-term health as well as preventative care. Outside of work, Dr. Saxena enjoys spending time with her family. She is fluent in Hindi and Tamil.
Brea Harris, W.H.N.P.
Brea Harris received her Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University and is a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner through the National Certification Corporation. Brea strives to empower her patients to make positive health choices that not only impact their overall health and well-being but create healthier communities. She provides care through a trauma informed care lens so she can provide the best care to her patients while understanding their needs. Outside of work, Brea enjoys reading, writing and running.
Mary Winokur, P.A.-C.
Mary Winokur received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Carroll University and is a certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission On Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants . Mary believes everyone deserves access to quality health care. She delivers care to her patients as if they are family with open communication so that she can build trust and work with them to create better health outcomes. Outside of work, Mary enjoys hiking, baking and spending time with family and friends.
Patricia Benitez, M.D.
Dr. Benitez is a native of Cebu City Philippines and obtained her medical education at the Southwestern University School of Medicine in the Philippines. Beginning in 1977, Dr. Benitez has practiced community health care in Chicago at Palos Community Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital and now at ACCESS South State Family Health Center.
Briana Trainor, M.D.
Dr. Trainor received her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and completed a residency at Rush University Medical Center. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In her spare time, Dr. Trainor enjoys travel, reading, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Trainor is fluent in Spanish and is passionate about working in a medically underserved community. She is committed to watching her young patients grow up to be happy healthy young adults.
Chirag Patel, N.P.
Chirag Patel received his Master of Science in Nursing from DePaul University in Chicago where he also earned a post-master's certificate in advanced practice nursing. He is licensed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a member of the Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nursing, the Illinois Nurses Association, and the American Nurses Association. He is dedicated to serving the needs of the community and providing high-quality care in order to improve individual’s wellbeing. As a provider, it’s important to Chirag that he develops a respectful and trusting partnership with patients in order to help them make informed decisions toward healthier lifestyles.
Chirag is fluent in both Gujurati and Spanish.
